What's a mini-split and do I need one?
A ductless system with a small wall unit — perfect for additions, sunrooms or garages where running ductwork isn't practical. We'll tell you if it fits your case.
Ice on my AC — should I turn it off?
Yes, switch it off and let it thaw; running it iced can damage the compressor. Then call us to find the cause — usually airflow or refrigerant.
Do you replace both AC and furnace together?
