Easy Home Services is a residential electrical contractor. This page describes everything the site collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, your town, the kind of work you need and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for anything else.
Alongside it we store the page the request came from and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell a genuine enquiry from an automated one. Your IP address is not stored — only a one-way fingerprint of it, which lets us stop the same source flooding the form and cannot be turned back into an address.
Why, and who sees it
To reply to you and to quote the work. The request is saved to our own database and emailed to our office. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and no advertising or analytics trackers run on this site.
Two suppliers necessarily handle the data on the way through: our hosting provider, where the database and the site run, and Resend, which delivers the notification and confirmation emails.
Cookies
The public pages set no cookies at all. Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your own browser's local storage and never leaves it. The staff area behind the login sets a session cookie, which does nothing on the public pages and is only ever issued to our own employees.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while they are live work and afterwards as a record of the job. If you would like yours deleted, ask — see below — and it will be removed unless we are required to keep it for tax or warranty reasons.
Asking us to delete it
Call 224-888-5080 or email info@easyhs.us and say which request is yours. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
